More infoA beautiful villa in Jávea. Located in a quiet area just 2 km from the old village and 4 km from the beach.
The garden is closed and safe. The house has a central part with a spacious entrance, a separate laundry and drying room, a modern kitchen, a large dining room and living room. The largest bedrooms are located on either side of the middle, so that there is privacy between them. Doors give direct access from the bedrooms to the garden and the pool.
It’s lovely outside. Various places have been created in the garden to enjoy sun or shadow. The naya can be closed on all sides with vertical awnings. The swimming pool has solar heating and uses salt to create natural chlorine (better for skin, hair and the environment). Of course you can also barbecue and/or eat outside.
